About Laurel

Laurel Li Harris is an experienced mass tort and product liability attorney who represents individuals and families harmed by dangerous products, defective medical devices, and corporate negligence. With more than a decade of legal experience, she has helped clients across the country pursue justice in complex cases involving medical device injuries, pharmaceutical litigation, environmental contamination, toxic exposure, and catastrophic personal injury.

Licensed to practice law in Mississippi and Arkansas, Ms. Harris serves as attorney of record in cases nationwide, including major MultiDistrict Litigations (MDLs) in both federal and state courts. She has extensive experience in high-profile matters such as transvaginal mesh, PFAS contamination, talcum powder, 3M Combat Arms earplugs, and other large-scale product liability and mass tort cases.

Ms. Harris understands that clients involved in mass tort and personal injury litigation are often navigating overwhelming medical, financial, and emotional challenges. She is known for her clear communication, compassionate guidance, and hands-on approach, ensuring clients understand their rights and feel supported at every stage of the legal process.

Ms. Harris has successfully negotiated multi-million-dollar settlements, managed complex discovery requirements, overseen lien resolution and settlement distribution, and ensured strict compliance with MDL court orders and deadlines. She also regularly represents clients in mediations, depositions, and hearings.

In addition to her litigation work, Ms. Harris is a recognized leader in the legal community. She has served as the President of the Mississippi Women Lawyers Association, the Mississippi Association for Justice Women's Caucus, and New Lawyers Division.
