About Samir
Samir Ghia is the managing partner of Triten Law, where he oversees all aspects of the firm. Samir's legal practice is focused on representing individuals injured by dangerous drugs, defective medical devices, and unsafe products.
Samir has experience representing individuals, public municipalities, and multinational corporations in matters involving negligence, product liability, and contractual disputes. Throughout his training and career Samir has worked at civil litigation firms in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York City.
Since 2013, Samir has served on the adjunct faculty as a professor of law for Florida International University College of Law, where he has led courses involving intellectual property and business law.
